Want to watch the sale without registering to see how it works?

Simply go to our online bidding homepage www.proxibid.com/lvg and Click to "Enter Live Webcast" and then Click "View Only". This allows you to watch the sale, but you are unable to bid until you create an account for a bidder number and password, and then register for the sale.

Online Bidding Process:

Simply go to our online bidding homepage: www.proxibid.com/lvg or click on the Proxibid Button above to go to our online bidding homepage and then click Create Account
Filling out more info (credit card) while creating bidder account will expedite the registration process for each sale.
When finished, you will receive in email with all of your account info, including bidder number and password. Your bidder number and password is good for all future online auctions with Lvg and Proxibid.

Once you have a bidder number and password, you need to register for each sale.
Click on the Online bidding button above or go to www.proxibid.com/lvg and click on "Register"
The registration process is to make sure you agree with each sales terms and conditions

Once you have successfully registered for our sale, bidders must be approved in order to bid
Those meeting the automatic approval criteria(credit card number, good buyer history) or those with automatic approval (Preferred Bidders) will be approved automatically
Those not automatically approved will first be contacted by Proxibid letting them know what they need to do in order to be approved to bid. If still having difficulty, please contact LVG.

Request to be on our online preferred bidder list, so you can be automatically approved once you register for each sale.

Click on the Online bidding button above or go to www.proxibid.com/lvg and click on "Enter Live Webcast". You will then be prompted whether you would like to "Bid Live" or "View Only". Lastly, enter your bidder number and password, and start bidding.

Payments

All payments must be made within 3 days of the sale for online bidders only. Live bidders must pay on the sale date.
All items in the auction are subject to a 13% buyers premium + 2% online bidders fee.
3% discount for all payments made by Cash, Direct Deposit, Wire Transfer, Bank Draft or Certified Cheque.
If you are tax exempt please fill provide a "PST Exemption Form" as well as a copy of your Vendors Permit.
Payments can be made by Cash, Interac, Major Credit Cards, Bank Draft, Direct Deposit, Wire Transfer, or Certified Cheque

Equipment Removal

All equipment must be removed from our auction location within 7 days of the sale for online buyers. All lots not removed within the 7 days are subject to $15/day storage fees.
All lots must be paid in full before removal from auction premises.
Check with LVG for available pick-up dates, and our hours.

Viewing is 3-5 days prior to the sale. Please check with LVG for these available dates.
